Class Descriptions
Group Reformer
An affordable way to work on the apparatus in a small group setting. This is an enjoyable way to sculpt your entire body, with emphasis on the core muscles. This class is very popular, and sells out early. Classes are appropriate for beginners, as well as experienced students. Sign up in advance to reserve your spot. Classes are 1 hour in length. 24 hour cancellation policy. ***
Mat Pilates
This class is done entirely on the mat, focusing on the deep core muscles. Use your body weight and small props such as rings to tone the body, mobilize the joints, and create flexibility. Think of it as an abs class with stretching! The Wednesday class is being held at 881 Kuhn Drive Suite 204; young children are welcome! The Sunday class is being held at the studio; children are not permitted. Classes are 1 hour in length.
Nutrition Consulting
Get specific recommendations and advice on your diet, tailored to your needs and goals. Have all of your diet questions answered and get help changing the pieces of your diet that may be sabotaging you! We recommend that you bring in a 7-day food diary so that we can help you better!Trainers are not certified nutritionists, and give recommendations only to help you reach your goals.
Private Sessions
One-on-one personal training is tailored to your goals and needs. The sessions are scheduled at your convenience and are designed to give you the best results in the shortest amount of time. You will use all of the Pilates equipment and also props such as bands and bosu balls; whatever it takes to get results! Private sessions include nutritional guidance, body fat testing and measurements... and lots of motivation and encouragement! Each session is 1 hour.
Semi-Private Sessions
This is like having a private session, but with three people. You will use all of the Pilates apparatus, and the focus is on your individual goals. A great and effective way to get that personal attention while getting the benefits of all of the equipment. Affordable, fun, and effective. 1 hour or 30 minute sessions are offered for a great price. Bring a friend or relative or have the studio find appropriate partners for you.
Duets
This is like having a private session, but with two people. Bring in a friend, and experience a fun and effective workout! You will use all of the Pilates equipment, plus other props. The focus will be on your personal goals and getting you results. You will receive whatever you need to reach your goals such as nutritional guidance, body fat testing, and more. Working out with a partner makes a private session more affordable, and fun. Bring a friend or relative, or have the studio match you with a partner.
