Reformer Essentials

Reformer Essentials is the best place to start if you’re new to Pilates, want a class paced to process what you’re learning and more supported instruction.

You’ll learn the core movements, build strength safely, and gain confidence on the Reformer ~ without feeling rushed or left behind.

Classes are calm, clear, and supportive, with options offered so you can work at your own level and grow in your practice.

Reformer Barre

Our signature take on the barre method ~ refined, rhythmic, and grounded in Pilates. Expect small, deliberate movements at the barre that challenge, strengthen, and leave you feeling centered and strong. Then enjoy that incredible Reformer cool-down.

Mat Strength

Mat Strength focuses on building bone density, muscle strength, and confidence using bodyweight, dumbbells and light equipment.

Ideal if you enjoy strength training but prefer a studio environment over a traditional gym. (Classes held in Studio B)

Reformer Cardio

Reformer Cardio is a heart-pumping Reformer class designed around “jumping” (Yes, the Pilates Reformer has a Jumpboard!)

We have designed a class for all levels that blends rhythmic movement with Pilates control. You can enjoy the benefits of plyometric movement on the comfort and safety of your reformer. Get your heart rate up in this challenging, joy-inducing, invigorating class!
