Alissa Kalczuk

Alissa is the owner of Pilates Of Eastlake and has been teaching Pilates for over 18 years. She specializes in the whole person using an evidence-based approach that truly meets people where they are at in their movement needs. Trauma informed, Injury prevention, pain management, pre/post surgery, neck & back pain AND the pro athlete are some of her specialties! Alissa’s passion for Pilates was born out of a personal quest for her own health which quickly turned into a love and appreciation to learn and teach the amazing art of Pilates. Alissa has been teaching both group classes and private sessions since 2008. She holds a Comprehensive Certification through Balanced Body and Diploma of Clinical Pilates through Breathe Education, as well as multiple years of study with Pilates for Neurological Conditions, Pelvic Floor Specialty and Foot/Gait Care Therapy.

Alissa’s favorite hobbies: a quiet place to have coffee, cooking, riding bikes, hiking and hosting gatherings in her home with her husband of 25 years and 2 sons!

Alissa’s favorite food: anything with avocado!

Lisa Fowler

Lisa has been an ACE certified fitness instructor since 1998. Since then, she has acquired many more certifications including Les Mills, AEA, LeMond, Reebok cycle, Zumba, AFFA Mat Pilates, Merrithew Pilates, and more.  Lisa has devoted her life to teaching fitness to all ages and levels, everything from Body Pump to Silver Sneakers, and everything in between. She loves helping her students achieve their fitness goals in any setting. However, her real passion is teaching Pilates because it feels great and keeps your attention, not to mention it works every part of your body!

Lisa’s favorite hobbies: entertaining and having parties, shopping with her girls, listening to her husband play guitar, and driving their classic cars.

Lisa’s favorite food: Lobster…. and dark chocolate!

Linda Miller

Linda has been a Certified Fitness Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer since 2013. She holds a Comprehensive Certification through Balanced Body and is the Pilates of Eastlake Studio Culture Administrator! Linda has taught multiple formats including Les Mills Body Pump, Keiser Cycling, Barre, Aqua, and Pilates. Linda’s passion for fitness comes from her personal battle in overcoming obesity. She now strives to be the support and encouragement to help others achieve their goals! Her energetic personality and infectious smile will help you push past your limits as you strengthen your body.

Linda’s favorite hobbies: Kayaking, biking, and hiking with my husband and two sons.

Linda’s favorite food: Chocolate covered macadamia nuts.

Toni Abaroa

Toni has dedicated her life to the art of dance. Her passion for dance and fitness led her to the U.S., where she developed a special movement program for private school children, and in 2011 she became certified as a Movement Therapist for children with Autism and other special needs. She began her Pilates certification journey in 2022. Pilates pairs perfectly with Toni’s dance background, and she loves to inspire her students to enjoy exercise, and get all the  benefits of her Pilates classes. Plus she loves instilling happiness into her students with every class.

”I’m a true believer of divine timing, and that's what happened with Pilates. It came to me at the perfect time, and I fell in love with it right away! I noticed a positive change in my body from the first class, and I love to share the benefits with others!”

Toni’s favorite hobbies: Dance, dance, dance! Especially flamenco. I also love scuba diving and relaxing at the beach. 

Toni’s favorite food: Anything sweet! Cakes, cookies, donuts; you name it! I also love dark chocolate with red wine. 

Renelynne Montehermoso

Renelynne (aka “Ren”) has been a Group Exercise Instructor since 2014 and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2015.  She also is a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.  She has taught multiple formats such as Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat and Core, TRX, HIIT, Keiser Cycling, Zumba, U-Jam Fitness and more recently Pilates and Barre. 

Renelynne's passion stems from her own battle overcoming obesity and now loves to provide fun, safe and purposeful movement through workouts for her clients in classes and private sessions where they feel good about their mind and body. Through her energy and smile, Renelynne loves to motivate and encourage people to help them realize their capabilities and potential to achieve their health and fitness goals carefully and safely.  "Your health is an investment, not an expense.  It's never too late to be the best version of yourself because you are worth it!".  

Renelynne's favorite hobbies:  Dancing, Hiking, Watching Kdrama and Hanging out with family/friends
