    What is your class cancellation policy?

    We have a 12-hour cancellation policy out of respect for our clients and our small class sizes. You can cancel a class without penalty if it’s more than 12 hours before the start time. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled class, the class will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

    Does the cancellation policy also apply to private sessions?

    Yes, private sessions follow the same 12-hour cancellation policy.

    How do I cancel or change my membership?

    Memberships or membership downgrades must be canceled with 30 days’ notice by emailing info@pilatesofeastlake.com. Changes cannot be made online. Please email the studio directly. Memberships are non-transferable, non-shareable, and cannot be prorated.

    Are there any fees to start or stop a membership?

    Nope! There are no fees to start or stop a membership.

    Can I pause my membership?

    Yes, memberships can be paused for up to two (2) months, but only from the renewal date to the next renewal date. Classes do not roll over month to month. To request a hold, email info@pilatesofeastlake.combefore your renewal date.

    What happens if I get sick or exposed to COVID?

    We understand illnesses happen. However, our 12-hour cancellation policy still applies. If you cancel within 12 hours due to sickness or exposure, the class will still be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

    Can I get a refund for single class purchases or class bundles?

    Single class purchases and class bundles are non-refundable, but they are transferrable. Contact us if you’d like help transferring your purchase.
